Description Specifications

Le 3024 Ultra-Compact est un éliminateur statique 24 V CC à courte portée, idéal pour une installation dans des zones où l’espace est réduit au minimum.

Il est puissant, compact et facile à installer, assurant une neutralisation statique adaptée aux exigences des machines haute performance en proche contact.

  • Distance de fonctionnement 20 – 150 mm
  • Toute l’électronique est encapsulée dans le corps pour une protection et une fiabilité optimales
  • Émetteurs en tungstène sans choc, couplés résistivement pour une longue durée de vie
  • LED sur l’électrode indique le statut opérationnel et signale si la barre nécessite un nettoyage
  • Signaux distants dupliqués pour automate programmable ou pour alimenter des lampes et relais externes
  • Commutation marche/arrêt à distance et mode veille
  • Avec l’option câble PU, il convient également à de nombreuses applications sur bras robotisé

Remote Monitor/Local Status Indication

Signals available: ‘OK’, ‘Clean Me’, ‘Fault’ and ‘Standby’. Uses 24 V supply to send signal from the bar to the PLC or other destination. Outputs compatible with IEC 61131-2 Type 3 PLC inputs.
Signal protected against short circuit or miswiring. Bi-colour LED on ioniser for local status indication.

Electrical Input

24 V DC (21 - 28 V). Maximum current 0.25 A. M8 connector. The M8 x 4 core cable must be ordered separately - see cable options on Datasheet.

0 – 55 °C, 70 % rH non-condensing max. IP67.
