Description Specifications

Le système 3850 Ionstorm neutralise l’électricité statique à longue distance, de 200 mm à plus de 1000 mm, sans assistance par air. Alimenté par le contrôleur 3700-SC Ionstorm, les barres éliminatrices de statique Ionstorm sont disponibles en deux versions :

  • 3850-SC (Standard) : avec un pas d’émetteur de 125 mm pour une neutralisation sur grande surface
  • 3850-HP-SC (Haute Puissance) : avec un pas d’émetteur de 75 mm pour une utilisation dans la plupart des applications industrielles

Les réglages manuellement ajustables du contrôleur du système 3850 Ionstorm permettent d’optimiser les performances en matière de portée, de polarité et jusqu’à 15 kV de puissance d’ionisation pour répondre aux exigences.

  • Les émetteurs en tungstène sans choc et remplaçables garantissent une durée de vie illimitée
  • La séparation unique à double paroi des émetteurs négatifs et positifs empêche la conduction de surface
  • Les LEDs sur le contrôleur indiquent l’état de fonctionnement
  • Signaux distants en double pour automate programmable (PLC) ou pour alimenter des lampes externes, des relais

Rigid, easy-to-clean PVC body. Replaceable, long-life tungsten emitters in FR-ABS Housing.

Available Lengths:
3850-SC: 250 mm, then in steps of 250 mm to 5000 mm.
3850-HP-SC: 175 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, then in steps of 150 mm to 5000 mm.

Maximum length of 5000 mm in one rigid bar. Can be joined together to make bars up to 10000 mm.

Output Voltage

Adjustable 0 - 15 kV from the 3700-SC Ionstorm Controller.

Maximum Load

Combined bar and cable per 3700-SC Controller: 3850-SC – 15 m, 3850-HP-SC – 12 m.

Balance

A balanced output can be set if the static charge varies. If the static charge is constant, the balance can be adjusted 80:20 in each polarity for even better performance.

Cable

In a protective nylon conduit, 2 m standard. Up to 10 m can be specified provided that it is within maximum load. Screw connectors for fast connection to the 3700-SC Ionstorm Controller.

Remote Operation

On/Off and Alarm via the 6-pin mini-DIN connector on the 3700-SC Ionstorm Controller.

Bars joined in series.
